What you are buying

A lifetime licence to use RetainFast — the dashboard and the embeddable widget — for one site. One payment of $79. There is no subscription, no per-seat charge, and no commission on revenue you retain. There is also no free tier and no trial.

“Lifetime” means the working life of the product, not a guarantee of eternity. If RetainFast is ever shut down, you will be given reasonable notice and the ability to export your configuration and your numbers.

Fair use

A licence covers up to 2,000 cancel sessions per site per month. Past that, the widget keeps working exactly as normal for your customers, but new events stop being counted for the rest of the month. Nothing breaks and nothing is charged; the analytics simply stop moving.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the widget as your own product.
• Use one licence across multiple unrelated businesses or client sites.
• Deliberately send fabricated events to inflate or corrupt the analytics.
• Use the freeform feedback field to collect payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information from your customers.

What your own code is responsible for

This is the most important clause in this document. RetainFast never connects to your Stripe account and never performs a billing action. It does not apply discounts, pause subscriptions, issue refunds, or cancel anything.

When a customer accepts an offer, RetainFast calls your onSave handler and hands you the offer details. When they decline, it calls onCancel. What happens next is entirely your code, running on your servers, against your billing provider. You are responsible for honouring any offer you configure.

A “saved” event in your dashboard is an analytics record of what happened in the browser. It is not proof of payment and must not be treated as a financial record. Your billing provider remains the only source of truth about money.

Your obligations to your own customers

The widget runs on your site, shown to your users, under your brand. You are responsible for making sure that using it complies with the law where your customers are, including consumer protection rules about how easy it must be to cancel a subscription. Several jurisdictions require that cancelling is no harder than signing up. Configure your flow accordingly — a decline option is always present, and you should not remove or disguise it.

Refunds

If RetainFast does not do what this website says it does, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you will get one, in full, no argument. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Payment is processed by Whop as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Whop and may take several days to appear, depending on your bank.

Availability

No uptime is guaranteed. The widget is built so that our downtime is not your downtime: if the configuration endpoint fails, the widget falls back to its built-in defaults, and if the analytics endpoint fails, the error is swallowed silently. A failure on our side should never break your billing page. If you ever find a case where it does, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

Liability

RetainFast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid — $79. In particular, we are not liable for lost revenue, discounts you chose to offer, or billing actions taken by your own code.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud.

Ending the licence

You may stop using RetainFast at any time by removing the script tag. We may end a licence without refund only for a material breach of the fair-use terms above — for example reselling the widget or deliberately corrupting the analytics.

Changes

These terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page and notified to account holders. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
